Madhu Rajanna a2e0b0c46b cosi: fix problem in cosi document ...

Fixed a wording problem and moved the
app pod to default namespace where secret
was created and also removed the init container
from the sample as the busybox doesnt
have setup-aws-credentials CLI pre-installed.
