Justin Cichra 12c36e9472 exporter: add name to containerPort ...

Named containerPort is a useful feature when generating dynamic scrape
targets with prometheus.

This makes it clear that the containerPort is intended for metrics
scraping.

The name matches that which is on the mgr deployment.
