We know use k8s-objectmatcher to verify whether a deployment is going to change or not. This avoids calling Update() from k8s utils which takes time to run. Closes: https://github.com/rook/rook/issues/4519 and https://github.com/rook/rook/issues/4642 Signed-off-by: Sébastien Han <seb@redhat.com>
