Travis Nielsen 2d793cdc3f ceph: disable ceph mgr test temporarily ...

Due to an issue in ceph master, the mgr integration test is failing.
Until this is fixed, we will temporarily disable the test. A fix
is expected with https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/35915
