The daily arm test suite is failing due to the new local-build image tag. Instead of waiting for the arm build to complete, we can just pick up the latest tag from the same branch that was already pushed to dockerhub and no need to build again. Signed-off-by: Travis Nielsen <tnielsen@redhat.com>
