Sébastien Han 834e5b2685 ci: let master/release runners alive on failure ...

If some jobs from master/release branches fail then we keep the runner
alive so we can debug it.
By default, runners will naturally timeout after 6 hours. See: https://docs.github.com/en/actions/reference/workflow-syntax-for-github-actions#jobsjob_idtimeout-minutes
