Muhammad Adil Ghaffar 0b8ed65749 exporter: delete orphaned ceph-exporter deployments on reconcile ...

Clean up stale exporter deployments whose target node no longer exists.
This handles the case where the operator was down when a node was deleted,
so the deletion event was missed and the stale deployment was never removed.
