subhamkrai 0fc9c0d5a7 mgr: add required k8s label for endpointSlice ...

k8s requires the endpointSlice must have label
`kubernetes.io/service-name` to be associated with
service. Without this label, the k8s service controller
can't link the EndpointSlice to the service.
