Diego Abelenda 2ea06aba71 build: add OKD metadata for CSV generation ...

Add Ceph CSV metadata for OKD platform.
This will allow to have a CSV compatible with OKD as the CSV should be different than both OCP (Red Hat supported) and k8s (missing some security definitions).
