Satoru Takeuchi 22c5743656 cleanup: remove the descriptions of directory-based OSD ...

Directory-based OSD is not supported in v1.3.0 anymore. Let's remove
the descriptions of this feature. As an exception, it should still
be in the manifests of v1.2.
