add baremetal plugin This patch adds the baremetal plugin. The baremetal plugin is for debugging small targets with hardware debugger where the remote linux plugin does not fit. It adds a new kit and device class of type baremetal. The device allows entering custom gdb commands. Currently only qmake builds are possible. To use this with smaller devices without qt a fake-qt installation is needed. CMake and qbs is currently not supported. QbsProjectManager: Support using an installed qbs. Distributions will want to make Creator work with their qbs package instead of adding it a second time via the submodule, so we support that by checking for the QBS_INSTALL_DIR environment variable. Do not include certain plugins when compiling Certain plugins (example, updateinfo) should not be included in a binary release, but we want to provide & build them by default to ensure they still compile. Defining the qmake variable IDE_PACKAGE_MODE will skip them in the build process. To still enable the UpdateInfo plugin, also define UPDATEINFO_ENABLE. Update minimum required Qt version. We require Qt 5.2 for full functionality nowadays. It is possible to use Qt 4.8.x with restrictions. QML Debugger refactoring Now, QmlEngine creates the connection to the inferior (debuggee), and notifies QmlInspector when a connection is established. Before, inspector created the debugger engin, which was wrong. QmlEngine's responsibilities are connecting to the debuggee and basic QML/JS debugging features like locals & watchers, breakpoints etc. QmlInspector takes care of Live Preview and other fancy inspection features.
