BareMetal: Add support for J-Link HW debugger for UVSC provider
Now it is possible to debug target devices using the Segger J-Link debugger: * https://www.segger.com/products/debug-probes/j-link/ using the UVSC provider. Change-Id: Id828c6015166432836c4d542d05c163363a9d40b Reviewed-by: hjk <hjk@qt.io>
