Doc: Update the Qt Quick Application tutorial

- Remove references to Qt Quick Designer plugin
- Remove obsolete screenshots
- Promote code completion and Qt Quick Toolbars
- Describe using wizards to create custom QML types
- Describe adding resources to CMakeLists.txt files
