CDB: Fix dumper regression

- Do not deref d-ptr when checking on QVariants of PODS
- Make type/value fixing of dumper results more fine-grained
- Allow children in expandPtrToDumpage (QWidget-Pointers)
- Fix broken size cache (queuePrefix was empty)
- Compile
