CorePlugin: Compile with QT_NO_CAST_FROM_ASCII.

- Wrap literals in QLatin1String()/QLatin1Char().
- Extract some string constants avoiding repeated
  QString construction.
- Fix repeated invocation of Container.end() in loops.
