TreeModel: More API cleanup

Browse Source 
- introduce topLevelItemCount (similar to QTreeWidget)
- squash untypedTreeLevelItems()
- rename removeItems() to clear()
- rename removeItem() to takeItem()
- rename treeLevelItems<> to itemsAtLevel<>
