Gerrit: Use magic branch options to specify reviewers

Browse Source 
Enables specifying reviewers over http[s].

Supported since gerrit 2.6 (specifying reviewers will be broken for
earlier versions).

Prepare for supporting other options (draft, publish, topic...)
