McuSupport: Fix error in McuPackage validity check

The recently added McuPackage::Status::ValidPackageVersionNotDeteced is
supposed to be a valid status for an McuPackage, similar to
ValidPackageMismatchedVersion. It produces a warning symbol, but is not
supposed to block kit creation.
