AutoTest: Fix Qt Quick Test execution

Qt Quick Tests share their settings with Qt Tests and
have none on their own.
Make the separate handled framework of Qt Quick Test
derive from Qt Test framework to share the settings.
Regression introduced with 2c79196ab5.
