ClangTools: Rename some classes and files

...to some more generic names since they are not anymore specific to the
clang static analyzer.

 * ClangStaticAnalyzerDiagnosticView --> DiagnosticView
 * ClangStaticAnalyzerDiagnosticFilterModel --> DiagnosticFilterModel
 * ClangStaticAnalyzerPreconfiguredSesssionTest -->
    PreconfiguredSessionTests
 * clangstaticanalyzerprojectsettingswidget.* -->
   clangtoolsdiagnosticwidget.*
