Doc: Combine "Working with Sidebars" and "Show and hide sidebars"

Browse Source 
- Sidebars are hidden in QDS and the views can be added to
  workspaces, so hide references to sidebars on the QDS side.

Task-number: QTCREATORBUG-29361
