Doc: Replace "Qt Quick Controls 2" with "Qt Quick Controls"

- Qt Quick Controls 1 has been removed and most link targets have
  been changed
- Leave some link targets where links would break
- Leave strings that still have the "2" in Qt Creator
- Remove the obsolete dependency (QDoc complained about it)
