Rename "[Mm]ethod(s)" to "[Ff]unction(s)"
Only methods as programming functions are affected. Besides renaming
some actions like "Switch Between Function Declaration/Definition" this
mostly touches (api) code comments.
This is a follow-up patch to commit 872bfb7.
