Mercurial: Handle HTTP authentication, auth dialog

Make it possible to pull and push into online repositories with http
authorization.
Changes:
* Separated dialogs for entering username and password are merge
together
* Do not show dialog for local repos
* Prohibit passwords for ssh scheme
