qmljs: correctly handle required and readonly properties

* correct indentation after required property QTCREATORBUG-24144
* handle required <name> statement
* allow default readoly required reordering
* more permissive than the actual parser (which then will show errors
for invalid sequences)
* backport form QmlDom
