QmlDesigner: Implement StudioStyle

- StudioStyle is implemented as an independent style dedicated to
QmlDesigner.
- QmlDesigner style part is removed from ManhattanStyle.
- Buttons are handled in StudioStyle.
- An standard palette is defined for StudioStyle.
- StudioStyle is applied to the application by QmlDesignerBasePlugin.
