QmlV8DebuggerClient: Refactored code

Change List:
a) Refactored code: Shifted JSON message creation to
QmlV8DebuggerClientPrivate.
b) QScriptEngine is used for JSON instead of JsonValue and
JsonInputStream.
c) Locals Window displays all variables accessible in the current
context.
