Use central rpath.pri for setting RPATHs and qttestrpath.pri for tests.
Simplify install names of plugins and libraries on macOS to be just
@rpath/libName, which follows convention better and makes setting up
RPATHs easier.
Preparation for moving tools one directory level down on macOS, to
be able to add a qt.conf for the tools generically.

Based on Tobias Hunger's work from a few months ago.
The CMake configuration needs libclang and Qt paths specified as
CMAKE_PREFIX_PATH.
Auto tests are run with "ctest". At the moment the pass rate is 87%.

Note: Since not all autotests are able to run from an installed location,
we need to be able to start them from the build directory, which
in turn forces us to set a destination directory for libraries and plugins,
so they will be found at run-time.

Qmljs now keeps a cache of parsed qrc files, and can resolve "qrc:" links.
This breaks the assumption that the name that the qml files has on
the filesystem is the one that qml sees, and that contents of
directories can be found just looking at file whose path starts with the
directory path.
Currently the first file is used when multiple qrc files contain the same
path, but support for strict and weak path resolving is already there.
At the moment only qrc files for projects that call updateQmljsCodeModel
are updated.
