b8bdc6f669 Icon refresh: First step towards the new Qt Creator themes 
http://blog.qt.io/blog/author/didesous/ announced new designs/themes
for Qt Creator. This patch replaces many of the existing toolbar icons
with recolorizable masks for better theming support.

15227b970a Analyzer: Rename mode icons 
The other mode icons are named mode_foo.png. Where foo is a verb.
Renaming this icon makes it easier to quickly find all mode icons.

9494303bdf Analyzer: Move tool startup code closer to the action setup 
The code sharing in the base was along a somewhat unfortunate
boundary. Moving it into the only user also removes some of
the wrong local/remote separation.

a66fe4b29e Core: Add an ActionContainer::addSeparator(Id) overload 
This basically makes the Context parameter optional and default
to C_GLOBAL. Less noise on the user side.

836606feb9 Analyzer: Fix combobox behavior. 
The code assumed that the items in the combobox correspond to the ones
in the m_actions array. This is no longer true, as we now group the
combox contents.

53ff1dd115 Analyzer: Separate "integrated" and "external" variants in tool box. 
Having the external tool flavors mixed in among the normal ones makes
the tool box look cluttered and is bound to confuse users. So we now
group the tools, with the mainstream use case coming first.

c17b540fd4 Re-introduce option to toggle FancyMainWindow auto-hiding 
This reverts commit 1541fbd2ba
in parts. The title bars can now always be shown (the same
state as the old "Unlocked" state) or not always be shown
(the previously "new" behavior).

The default is now "Always shown". Hopefully that makes hiding
the titlebars a conscious (usually one-time) activity
that's not forgotten.

8a63420d03 Fix that editor actions were enabled when help window is active 
The editor manager actions should not be enabled just because the main
window is in edit/debug/analyze mode. Instead the corresponding mode
must have focus.
Otherwise they will be enabled even if extra windows that do not have
editors (like the extra help window, which is e.g. used for
the example documentation) are active.
