This was requiring parameters the process object already knows.
This is a slight behavior change in most cases, it now includes
always the command line arguments, which previously only happened
in gcctoolchain.cpp and iarewtoolchain.cpp.

The result is fully stored in the object anyway. Using the extra
SynchronousProcessResponse structure only causes copies of
the data and complicates access on the user side in
a lot of cases.
The result bits are now also accessible individually.
There's obvious room for follow-up changes on the topic, e.g.
ShellCommand::runCommand's parameter list could shrink to
just a SynchronousProcess parameter.

this partially reverts ddefe062c7 - contrary to what that commit's
message suggests, the process state doesn't just change out of the blue,
making waitForFinished() return false. that requires the process being
reaped, which may happen only if the event loop runs or one of the
I/O-related waitFor*() functions is called on that process.
note that the first condition in SynchronousProcess::stopProcess() was
actually bogus, as it makes obviously no sense whatsoever to insist that
the process is still running after waitForFinished() returned success.
qtpromaker was also plain broken - it would always terminate prematurely
due to thinking that the sub-process failed.

... taking a QString for the executable.
This weakens the very explicit QString -> FileName conversion via the
named constructors for the special case of constructing a CommandLine.
I think that's worthwhile here, as it reduces the noise on the caller
site under circumstance where the nature of the thing is obvious.

This is the new experimental plugin based on LibFormat.
It replaces the default indenter for CppEditorDocument
and applies clang-format after the CR or the set of 'electric'
characters.
Uses the global .clang-format kept in QtC settings or
the one for current project. Both can be configured.
For indentation some style modifications and code manipulations
are done to prevent line shrinking when it's not expected.
Manual indentation uses unmodified style from .clang-format file.

This change will make possible to use formatCurrentFile
