The iteration in Python was only used for the 'native mixed'
case before. Seems reasonably fast and robust now to always
enable it. Also, make the calling code use 'runCommand'.

So far we cheated by pretending removal always succeeds
immediately. Now just draw in grey in the view and remove
fully after the backend confirmed removal.

The actual data is now in a TreeModel. As interface to
individual breakpoints there's a new Breakpoint class
essentially providing a checked handle.
On the user code side breakHandler()->foo(bpId) is
replaced by bp.foo().

Use register names as handle, not their index in the view.
Store the raw real values, not some stringified version
as primary data. Use subentries to break down bigger
registers into smaller entities. Also remember the
previous value of a register and show it in a tooltip.

For now, only the gdb engine can handle complex tooltips
requiring async re-evaluation, cdb and lldb will show
and expand only items that are available in the Locals view.
This patch disables also the save/restore feature for
pinned tooltips.

- Use exclusively CLI to retrieve information. MI output misses parts.
- Remove MI output handling
- Re-order lines in ascending address order in mixed output.
GDB orders by source line, but that's confusing when stepping
- Introduce a new 'hunk' field for source lines to give a hint
which part of a split source line we are looking at.
