Removes qmake as a build system for building Qt Creator itself.
Keep them for some tests that are not completely moved to CMake yet.

Add missing docs for Aggregate::changed().
Fix some formatting and style issues.
Remove \fn commands where they are not needed, so that the signatures
don't need to be maintained.

Based on Tobias Hunger's work from a few months ago.
The CMake configuration needs libclang and Qt paths specified as
CMAKE_PREFIX_PATH.
Auto tests are run with "ctest". At the moment the pass rate is 87%.

Namely:
- Install header files.
- Install imports and modules.
- Create modules from products and install them.
This is most of what we need. The main thing still left to do is
dealing with paths in Export items. These have to be translated
somehow. (Currently we only copy the Depends items out of the
Export items and ignore everything else.)

Only methods as programming functions are affected. Besides renaming
some actions like "Switch Between Function Declaration/Definition" this
mostly touches (api) code comments.
This is a follow-up patch to commit 872bfb7.

QDoc does some magic with the \class and \namespaces
and \brief commands, so the following wording must be used:
"The xxx class yyy ..."

instead of directly including the respective pri files in
*_dependencies.pri, set variables and let qtcreator.pri resolve
them to includes.
this will allow us to re-use the dependency info elsewhere.

The \i and \o commands were replaced with \li and
\bold was replaced with \b in QDoc for Qt 5.
The \input command was replaced with \include in the docs.
