The idea is to later move SessionManager into the Core plugin,
which both is sensible conceptually and also prerequisite to
merge the Bookmark plugin into TextEditor plugin.
Currently, only the interface is split, as the load/save
implemetations are non-mechanical to disentangle.

Since we also license under GPL-3.0 WITH Qt-GPL-exception-1.0,
this applies only to a hypothetical newer version of GPL, that doesn't
exist yet. If such a version emerges, we can still decide to relicense...

We've been requiring C++17 since Qt 6.0, and our qAsConst use finally
starts to bother us (QTBUG-99313), so time to port away from it
now.
Since qAsConst has exactly the same semantics as std::as_const (down
to rvalue treatment, constexpr'ness and noexcept'ness), there's really
nothing more to it than a global search-and-replace.

There was no proper separation of responsibilities between these
plugins. In particular, CppTools had lots of editor-related
functionality, so it's not clear why it was separated out in the first
place.
In fact, for a lot of code, it seemed quite arbitrary where it was put
(just one example: switchHeaderSource() was in CppTools, wheras
switchDeclarationDefinition() was in CppEditor).
Merging the plugins will enable us to get rid of various convoluted
pseudo-abstractions that were only introduced to keep up the artificial
separation.

Makes TestTreeItem programming language agnostic.
By moving the "query" methods to CppTools, the cohesion within these
methods is improved, i.e. information crosses the AutoTest <-> CppTools
border fewer times. Furthermore, it allows the CppTools plugin to see
how its data is being used, allowing it to optimize its queries
behind the scenes.

By having TestParseResults take ITestFramework rather than ITestBase as
parameter, some base->asFramework() casts can be avoided today which
could possibly fail in the future.
Moreover, it allows TestTreeItem to take ITestFramework rather than
ITestBase as parameter which improves type safety further. This shall be
done in a separate commit though.

templated tests into account differently and we may have
results that do not provide file information at all, so try
to find a matching tree item from what we have got.

When multiple test executables are defined inside a
single project file all or selected tests did just use
the first defined target which in turn led to execute
only the test cases of one of the executables or none
at all.
Take all targets into account and make Run All and
Run Selected work correctly for this scenario.

Setting the parameterized flag after the test case may
have been added to the found tests is useless.
Do it as early as possible to take it into account
when gathering information for location and type.
Beside this the filter for parameterized boost tests
had been wrong which in turn led to not executing
them at all.

Provide experimental support for Boost UTF.
This patch adds the basic implementation for
* parsing the code for Boost tests
* executing the found tests
* displaying respective results
This is just a basic and limited support which
needs to be enhanced and improved later on.
