For the semantic info document we do not expand function like macros and
because of that certain macro invocations lead to invalid code that we
need to handle, e.g.:
Q_GLOBAL_STATIC(CppTools::SymbolFinder, symbolFinder)
class Foo {};
This change makes parsing Foo in the semantic info document successfully
again, which affects highlighting of that class.

When the length of the highlight is specified, the code does not properly
check for end of line. This causes some lines to be highlighted when only
the last word was supposed to be.
For example, with this code:
1: void foo(int x);
2: int a = foo
3: ();
4: int b = foo(
5: );
line 2 and 4 used to be completely highlighted (underlined), instead of
just 'foo'.

If 'enter' is pressed while the cursor is in the middle of a string,
the string is ended at the current cursor position, and a new string
is started on the next line. This makes it very easy to split a long
string onto multiple lines.
In addition, Shift+Enter insert an escape in the string, to continue the
string at the beginning of next line.
A setting can be used to enable or disable this option.

With asynchron project managers, creating a new project from a wizard or
re-opening a session will first open the editor documents and then
provide the project information later (it's the other way around with
synchronous project managers). This sequence leave the documents with
various error diagnostics behind. Fixed by re-triggering the re-parsing.
This change does not fix QTCREATORBUG-11606 yet. Though it will trigger
a reparse with the right includes, clang still reports 'file not found'.
Will be addressed by a follow-up patch.
