check the help output of a clang tool whether virtual file
system overlay is supported. Prepares for the vfso support
of clazy-standalone.

Instead, set the default level of all logs to QtWarningMsg.
The call to setFilterRules overrides the user preferences in qtlogging.ini.

Remove these files after they are read by QtC.
