7cfc3d26bc Utils: Replace FilePath part setters

89ab11d539 ProjectExplorer: Short-circuit ProcessParameters::effectiveCommand 
... in case of remote commands.

This is enough for docker related searches for now, on the other
hand, Environment::searchInPath is not yet generic enough to cope
with remote searches.

Add a FIXME so this is not forgotten.

f4a8c4590e ProjectExplorer: Fix ProcessParameters::effectiveWorkingDirectory() 
... for remote setups: QDir::cleanPath() must not be used on a
fully stringified FilePath, as this also collapses the double slashs
in the :// separator.

f2f40efa03 Utils: Move process arguments class out of QtcProcess 
The main QtcProcess interface is nowadays a CommandLine, with no
explicit references left to QtcProcess::Arguments and related static
helper functions, so it only clutters the QtcProcess class interface

So move these items out of QtcProcess, later potentially to a separate
file pair.

6c785c05ab ProjectExplorer: Remove ProcessParameters::resolveAll() 
On all code paths, this was implicit in a ProcessParameters::setCommandLine()
which was on all code paths either called directly immediately before, or as
part of ProcessStep::setupProcessParameters().

With ProcessParameters::setCommandLine() as only user, this could be
inlined there. The effectiveWorkingDirectory() turned out to be out of
place and rather accidentally working there and was moved to
ProcessParameters::setWorkingDirectory().

c68ebeed2e QtcProcess: Introduce a QtcProcess::Arguments class 
This is used to get a platform-agnostic handle on "command line
arguments". It essentially wraps a single QString on Windows,
and a QStringList everywhere else.

As a consequence, several occurrences of #ifdef Q_OS_*
can be removed from the codebase.

6b99d2bb78 Doc: edit projectexplorer API docs 
Fix grammar, punctuation, and style issues. Use standard wording for
QDoc commands. Remove \brief commands from function descriptions.
Move some function descriptions directly above the functions, so
that the \fn command can be removed.

2f862681d7 ProcessParameter: Ensure macro expansion is done in the main thread 
The macro expanders are not thread safe. Also the values should be
expanded in init() as later changes to e.g. the buildconfiguration
should not affect the build anymore.

79be54ed8c replace env variable injection with pervasive expando support 
do not inject SOURCEDIR and BUILDDIR into the environment of
build steps and run configurations any more.
instead, all custom executable paths, argument lists and working
directories now support the %{sourceDir} and %{buildDir} macros.
this approach is more elegant and more scalable.
