A warning configuration is a list of command line (warning) options for
libclang. Three non-editable built-in configurations are provided by
default. The user can copy a configuration to customize it.
This is still a global setting and it changes take effect after
re-opening a document. Both issues will be addressed in follow-up
changes.

* Hovering the light bulb shows the tooltip "Inspect available fixits".
* Clicking the light bulb leads to the refactoring menu, as if the user
hit Alt+Return.

The model-manager now supports multiple code models for semantic
highlighting and code completion, and will choose one based on the
mime-type of the editor.
The settings page is currently disabled. It will get enabled when a
second plug-in lands that has a ModelManagerSupport class.

Use QGridLayout to align header label and QStackedLayout for the pages
(in code, as it is not available in Designer).
Derive new class FilterLineEdit for filter widgets based on a modified
version of FancyLineEdit and use that in settings.

Details: Give IOptionPage an id() to differentiate from trName(). Make showOptionsDialog return a bool (applied) and give it an optional parent. Change Cpp and form class wizards, give them a Configure... button to change those settings.
