7d46060af0 Fix disabled close button in designer editor tool bar 
It was never actually updating when switching the editor.
An update was just accidentally triggered when the designer plugin
updated the editor XML when switching modes, which triggered
an intermediate document change signal.

Get rid of the separate code paths for setting the current editor
for "standalone" editor tool bars and the tool bars in editor views,
which implicitly corrects the update behavior in the former case.

e9cf8a4e3e Remove a couple of "setAutoRaise(true)" for toolbar buttons 
Most of the QToolButtons in the toolbars don't set autoRaise, and they
are fine. I assume that those who do set it, just do it for because that
line was copy/pasted so often.

fe21a7a77e Allow pinning files to ensure that they are always open 
This patch allows pinning files within a session. Pinning a file puts
it at the top of the Open Documents list, and prevents Close All
from closing it until it is unpinned.

This is useful for files that should always be open for a given
session.

[ChangeLog] Files can now be pinned via the context menu.
Pinning a file keeps it at the top of the Open Documents list,
and prevents Close All and similar actions from closing it
until it is unpinned. This provides a way to quickly close any
open files without closing important ones.

7a0ee1009b Fix soft assert when opening widget designer form 
Creating a designer form adds it to design mode's editor tool bar, which
is correct. But this should not try to switch the drop down to this new
document, which has only just been created and is not registered
anywhere. It is not even officially the current document yet. Switching
the drop down is done when it becomes the current document anyhow.

be2697f818 Avoid resizing of document dropdown 
When e.g. splitting while an editor with a long display name is open,
the new editor area would start with a huge document combo box.
Fix it to the minimum contents length.

45216d5c1a macOS: Fix that some actions still had icon in menu 
For example when toolbars showed a menu for actions that no longer fit
(e.g. open diff viewer, reduce window size until the synchronize and
switch view buttons vanish).

Use the application flag to disable icons in menus on macOS globally
instead of doing that individually on the actions.

a6683575c4 Icons: Move "next/prev", "[un]locked" and "zoom" from Core to Utils 
They are needed in the timeline view.
The change in qtcreator-project.qdocconf makes sure
that qdoc still finds the referenced icons.

14af79932a Core: Dedicated lock/unlock icons for toolbar and documents view 
This change enables us to have a variation of the lock icon for toolbars
and for non-toolbars. This gives removes the need for an outlined locked
icon which would work on dark and light backgrounds.

033862f305 Themed Icons: Introduce Utils::Icon 
Instead of describing icons via file name or in the themed icons case
via
a string that is a list of mask/color pairs, we have now a class for it.

Icons are now listed in per-plugin *icons.h headers.

RunControl::m_icon was The only place left where an icon property was in
fact a string. This patch changes that member to be a Utils::Icon.

431b25ad27 Introduce dragging for all explorer nodes. 
Extend drop support with variant values. A drop may be a file drop or a
value drop or both.

Rename Utils::FileDropSupport to Utils::DropSupport and add methods to
add not only files but any QVariant value to the mime data. Project
explorer adds dragged nodes (which will be needed for future ModelEditor
plugin).

4b82817391 EditorManager: Do not be a widget. 
There is no reason for the editor manager itself to be a widget. This
makes even less sense in the presence of multiple windows.
