The old code model expected the macros as C++ formatted text
("#define Foo 42) but newer targets like the Clang codemodel expect key
value arguments like "-DFoo=42". So instead of parsing the text again and
again we use an abstract data description.

Only methods as programming functions are affected. Besides renaming
some actions like "Switch Between Function Declaration/Definition" this
mostly touches (api) code comments.
This is a follow-up patch to commit 872bfb7.

Parser worked correctly with 'bin_PROGRAMS =', but failed on
'bin_PROGRAMS='. To reproduce problem on Ubuntu, perform 'apt-get source
gentoo' and open Makefile.am in downloaded folder as project: it will be
empty before this change.
