Our wizard infrastructure makes it hard to dynamically remove
or add wizard pages on the fly while using the wizard.
So, instead of removing pages and re-adding them on need
just provide a way to skip pages.
Skipping pages is provided with this patch limited to
wizards which are known to be sub projects.
For now this is just a preparation as no wizard actively
sets the property for being a sub project or makes use
of this mechanism.

Since we also license under GPL-3.0 WITH Qt-GPL-exception-1.0,
this applies only to a hypothetical newer version of GPL, that doesn't
exist yet. If such a version emerges, we can still decide to relicense...
While at it, replace (deprecated) GPL-3.0 with more explicit GPL-3.0-only

* Added optional QDebug operator<< overloads for QVariant (wizarddebug.h) - to better visualize the data parsed from the wizard.json files (QVariant objects), by using a format more in the like of json.

readability-make-member-function-const finds lots of member functions
that could be made const. This change just picks getter functions that
really should be const.
readability-convert-member-functions-to-static finds non-static member
functions which do not access this. This change turns most of them
into static ones, but leaves some non static to keep the class API
consistent.
readability-static-accessed-through-instance fixes the places where
the originally non-static, now static functions were called through
instance.

Utils::WizardPage has a bit of helper code to the Utils::Wizard to
query registered fields later on. Without this code it will print
warnings whenever something tries to read a field that does not
exist.
Make the wizard pages defined in Utils export some fields.

That method was used to set a title in the progress view of the wizard
that is different from the page title. That is used exactly once and
there it adds more confusion than it helps. So get rid of the whole
thing.
Consistently set the "shortTitle" property instead for all wizards
that want to have a separate short title.

This was broken in case of no targets page being used, and using
the project name variable in default values for wizard parameters in the
page following the intro page (like it is done in the hello world
wizard).
