There seems to be a demand for more details on the events shown in the
scene graph profiler. This change should handle that.

the latter variable is entirely meaningless to qmake and should have
never been recognized by creator. unfortunately, qmake's dist target
wasn't very useful before qt 5.4, so it didn't occur to anybody to
actually use the variable associated with it, even though it is
semantically exactly the right thing.

QDoc gets confused about the contents of doc_src_plugins.qdoc,
mistaking some of its code for QDoc commands.
To work around this problem, change the file to be a qdoc
include file, wrap the code blocks with \badcode, and
refer to them using \include.
Using \badcode will also turn off code highlighting and
autolinking, something that is not desired for these code
snippets.

The fact that the separate JavaScript view only works with versions of
Qt that use the V8 JavaScript engine is frequently confusing users.
JavaScript events for newer versions of Qt are integrated into the
Events and Timeline views, making the separate JavaScript view obsolete.
For those users who already know it and who are still using Qt 5.0 and
5.1 "V8" will be recognizable. For others "V8" won't mean anything and
they'll ignore it.

The ConvertFromAndToPointer quickfix allows to convert a pointer to a
stack variable and vice versa. The initializer of the declaration is
adjusted. Member accesses change to . or -> accordingly.
Usages of the & and * operators are automatically fixed.
