5993eec533 CoreGdbAdapter: call gdb with LC_ALL=C for untranslated output 
- the string in the gdb output by which the exec file is identified is
  subject to localization. Overriding the LC_ALL variable fixes this.

72d173829c Remove superfluous include paths from project files. 
A lot of our build system files specify unneeded include
paths. These roughly fall into the following categories:
    a) Paths that are already set in more general files
       such as qtcreator.pri.
    b) Paths that serve no purpose at all, possibly
       left over from earlier versions of the project.
    c) Paths that act as workarounds for wrong include
       statements of the form '#include "xyz.h"', where
       xyz.h is not in the same directory as the including
      file.
This patch removes such path specifications and fixes the offending
include statements from case c).
Tested on Linux, Windows and OSX with qmake and qbs.

78b1b042e3 debugger: replace artificial "{console,log}streamoutput" member in GdbMi 
Use proper QByteArray member in GdbResponse instead. Less magic, and
does not break array-style reponses where all children are assumed to
be of the same "type".

8ae541b36f debugger: Refactor breakpoint handling. 
The breakpoints are now (fairly) tightly guarded by the BreakpointHandler.
Engines and Views are only supposed to refer to them by id. They also have
individual states now. The breakpoint data is split into a "user requested"
"fixed" part in BreakpointData and the engines' acknowledged data in a new
struct BreakpointResponse.

TODO: Move m_state and m_engine members to BreakpointResponse. Fix regressions
in the marker handling.
