eb09e814db QmlDesigner: Properly update 3D edit view cameras and lights
Now edit view will create and remove cameras and light gizmos properly
when cameras and lights are added or deleted.

783e5d0a8d Use separate MouseArea3D to calculate drag vector
Using the MouseArea3D linked to gizmo to manage the drag leads to
slight unwanted drift on the drag plane, as it moves with the gizmo.
Fixed by using a helper MouseArea3D to calculate drag vector.
Helper area's transform is set at mouse press time and is not changed
during the drag.

4ce7f39e4e QmlDesigner: Fix 3D edit gizmos orientation and rotation order

73d3df7908 QmlDesigner: Make imported models selectable
Import creates an opaque Component, which can contain one or more
pickable models. We mark all instanceless models pickable according to
the parent instance pickable status and specify the parent instance
as the pick target using a dynamic property.

880ab11e76 QmlDesigner: Use proxy dialog for 3D edit view
To integrate the 3D edit view in the qml2puppet process,
we create a dialog in the Qt Creator process.
This dialog acts as a proxy that manages the actual window.

For this I introduced a new command that allows showing, hiding, resizing
and moving of the 3D edit view.
The 3D edit view always follows the proxy dialog.

During moving and resizing we hide the window to avoid artefacts.

At this point in time the proxy widget is a dialog, but it could
also be a dockwidget or any other QWidget in the future.

05bb285b0d QmlDesigner: Offset move/scale gizmo label in screen space
Offsetting in scene space resulted in label being inconsistent distance
away from the object, depending on zoom and angle.

389f96b0ee QmlDesigner: Implement group selection boxes in 3D edit view
Object's selection box now includes the bounds of all of its
descendants. Selection boxes of immediate children of a selected
object are also drawn.
Individual/group selection buttons also now work as expected.

dbfdacecf4 QmlDesigner: Fix issues with MouseArea3D deactivation detection
Existing mouse grab is now released when MouseArea3D is deactivated
or set to no longer grab the mouse. Various gizmos were also set
to follow MouseArea3D's dragging property instead of keeping track
of drag themselves.

db54919798 QmlDesigner: Finalize camera visualization in edit 3D view
Added the UX approved camera icons, which will now turn transparent
and ignore mouse events when camera is selected so they do not
interfere with transform gizmos. Frustum visualization also changes
color according to selection state.

The default point light is very dim as it has quadratic fade.
Explicitly set fades to zero to make sure edit light is always bright.

c67965fb29 QmlDesigner: Add ScaleGizmo to 3D edit view
ScaleGizmo allows scaling in the direction of local or global axes,
as well as uniform scaling. Any scale component cannot be made
negative with ScaleGizmo.

97788c457e QmlDesigner: MoveGizmo improvements in 3D edit view
Mouse press and release are now properly handled by MouseArea3D.
This fixes various issues:

- No need to move the mouse after release for release to register.
- Drag is no longer limited to the 3D edit window, though it is still
  limited to the screen.
- Drag arrows no longer register start of drag if you click outside
  the arrow and then move the cursor over the arrow while holding the
  mouse button down.

Also added the missing center ball to the MoveGizmo to allow free
dragging along the camera plane.

6b17cd91a6 QmlDesigner: Use transactions in 3D Edit View
We send a ValuesModifiedCommand 'immediately' when the item is moved.
This means the 2D form editor and property editor update
while moving nodes in the 3D edit view.
The updates are 'compressed' by 100ms. This is to avoid performance issues.
The timer could be reduced to 50ms or even 10ms, but 100ms feel
acceptable at least for me.

The code was a bit refactored.
Qt5InformationNodeInstanceServer::modifyVariantValue() can be used later
to update other Vector3D based properties like rotation and scale.

There is one issue left. MouseArea3D emits 'onReleased' only after the
mouse is moved again. This delays the 'commit' of the transaction which
is annoying and can triggers bugs.

3c78d4d74d Enable object selection in the 3D edit view
Clicking an object in the 3D object selection view, selects it in the
creator side. Multiselection (i.e. Ctrl+click) is not implemented yet.
Also selected object is not highlighted in the view yet.

1900276c17 QmlDesigner: Enable 3D Edit View in Qt Quick Designer
If we find a QQuick3DViewport or the root node is a QQuick3DNode,
we create an 3D Edit View QQuickView for 3D editing in the 'editmode'.

This requires to not use the DesignerWindowManager for the 'editmode'.

The current implementation for the 3D Edit View is done in EditView3D.qml,
but can be replaced by a custom EditView class later. At this point in time
there is no hard dependency on QtQuick3D. Once we start to implement
more advanceded editing features, EditView3D.qml has to be replaced by a
custom C++ class with a hard dependency on QtQuick3D.

Currently the scene can be rotated around the 'y' axis, it is possible
to move the camera on the 'z' axis and the custom light can be turned
on and off. This is simply a proof of concept that the 3D Edit View
already allows some user interaction.

567a99c5aa QmlDesigner: Replace SwipeView with StackLayout
In the designer we replace a SwipeView with a StackLayout.
Form the perspektive of the designer they are the same
and StackLayout is easier to handle.

d3b4acfae2 QmlDesigner: Allow qml2puppet to mockup C++ types
This allows Qt Quick Designer to register a component that can serve
as a mockup for known C++ components registered in e.g. main.cpp.

In many cases those components are the interface to the C++ backend.
While the C++ components itself are not relevant for the gui designer,
the user has to be able to instantiate gui components that use such C++
components.

We use the CreateSceneCommand to forward a list of C++ types to
qml2puppet.
Those types are then registered so that the imports and object institation
works.

61b699b336 QmlDesigner.Puppet: Adding size hints to Window mockup
Without defining the properties, the properties do not work and
do not get notified properly. They are also missing defaults which
breaks "resetting".
