Instead make them simple properties of ITextMark
The BaseTextMark destructor calls removeMark(this), at which point the
virtual functions are already returning a possibly wrong value.

Instead of each BaseTextMark being a QObject and being connected
to editorOpened, centralize that and distribute the signal
to only the BaseTextMarks that need it.
