We've been requiring C++17 since Qt 6.0, and our qAsConst use finally
starts to bother us (QTBUG-99313), so time to port away from it
now.
Since qAsConst has exactly the same semantics as std::as_const (down
to rvalue treatment, constexpr'ness and noexcept'ness), there's really
nothing more to it than a global search-and-replace.

The JsonSchemaManager force-created a "json" directory, even in the
installation resource path. This is unnecessary and ugly, because it
creates that even within the Qt Creator installation from e.g. the
online installer, which results in directories being left over when
uninstalling it.

It crashed in some places on our code-base due to the so-called "static
initialization order fiasco".
As a solution, it turns the variable into a function. This shouldn't have
a penalty due to QStringLiteral.

Use \a for all attributes in function descriptions
to avoid QDoc errors. Do not use \param, because
it is not a valid QDoc command.
Do not use \returns as it does not exist.
Do not use \brief for functions. It is not obligatory, so
rather than add them for all functions, let's consistenly leave them out.
Fix typos, grammar and style issues, and punctuation.

Support basic validation for JSON files according to the
draft http://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-zyp-json-schema-03.
This is not a complete implementation yet, but it should
already be useful, since "type" verification along with
many of the attributes is done.
