Qt Creator provides numbers of plugins.
Setting focus to the filter control helps to find a plugin.

Since we also license under GPL-3.0 WITH Qt-GPL-exception-1.0,
this applies only to a hypothetical newer version of GPL, that doesn't
exist yet. If such a version emerges, we can still decide to relicense...
While at it, replace (deprecated) GPL-3.0 with more explicit GPL-3.0-only

QMessageBox creates dialogs that are not resizable, so extend our own
message box implementation with that feature and use it for the Plugin
install wizard.

Shows a wizard. Select a library file or zip file, and if you want to
install in user location or Qt Creator install.
For zip files it requires "unzip", "7z" or "cmake" in the PATH.

Do set the global application flag AA_DisableWindowContextHelpButton
to avoid having to unset the default WindowContextHelpButtonHint
in every single dialog.
AA_DisableWindowContextHelpButton was added in Qt 5.10.

Plugins can be hidden in the "About Plugins" view by default. Users can
still make them all visible, but the default view can be made less noisy
by hiding plugins that only exist as a base for other plugins.
Plugins that can not run on the current platform are hidden by default
as well.

The noload behavior is also changed: it now always shows the plugins in
About Plugins... menu, even though -noload was used. When using -noload,
the enabled state of the plugin is not saved, so if the command line
arg is removed, the plugin will be loaded normally.
