Plugins can be hidden in the "About Plugins" view by default. Users can
still make them all visible, but the default view can be made less noisy
by hiding plugins that only exist as a base for other plugins.
Plugins that can not run on the current platform are hidden by default
as well.

Clang Format options differ somewhat from the Artistic Style
and Uncrustify options.
Also, the "Format entire file if no text was selected" is enabled
by default and also applies to Uncrustify.

For most systems, you can specify the path to the executable,
user credentials, timeout, and log size. Describe these options
in the overview topic to avoid having to copy the text to all
VCS specific topics.

This is done in preparation for moving some Qt Creator
plugins and their documentation into their own repositories.
All the changes have to do with the structure of the documentation.
There are no content changes, except removing headings or changing
them to better fit the new structure and adding some leading
sentences or links.
