Previously DesktopDevice::openTerminal used custom code to open a
terminal window. This patch changes it to use QtcProcess with
TerminalMode::On.
This also removes the need for "openTerminal.py" on macOS.

The qmlpuppet is now a standalone tool. There is new a library too with
the communication code. That is shared between the designer and the
puppet. It's in a .cmake file so it can be included by the standalone
tool if it is not part of a designer build.

CMake complains about removed dependencies.

Uses a timestamp file in the build directory to detect when the input
changes using DEPENDS from add_custom_command.
Total copied files size sum up to more than 260 MB. This was copied at every
incremental build, even if nothing changed.
This leads to faster build, especially when the copied files are not
cached in RAM or when not using a SSD.

Automatically download Android SDK Tools to default path
used by Android Studio, then essential packages will be installed
using the sdkmanager tool. Automatic installation can also be
triggered by an added button in the settings page.
Essentials packages include NDK Bundle and other NDK versions
required by previous Qt versions.
An sdk_definitions.json file holds download paths for SDK Tools,
and other (Qt version <-> essential packages) combinations.
[ChangeLog][Android] Automatically download SDK Tools, NDKs and
