c412e0bb2a Fix that clang static analyzer did not find built-in headers 
Clang expects these to lie in "../lib/clang" relative to the clang
executable.

6149fc800e ClangStaticAnalyzer: Default to clang.exe on Windows 
clang-cl should only be used when the toolchain is MSVC, which is done in
clangExecutableFromSettings().

06e1cc0331 Move sources to new location for Qt Creator repository 
When moving the files within the merge commit, git for some reason does not recognize the files as moved, so we move them before actually doing the merge.
