... and adjust INCLUDEPATH accordingly.
while i'm at messing with include statements, also re-order the include
blocks according to policy and sort them within bigger blocks.

If the semantic highlighter does not take care of setting showing the wiggly
lines for diagnostics in the editor, the model manager will do.
